Wikipedia is mostly blocked in my country. It is necessary to visit or edit wiki items by using VPN or other proxy tools. As a majority of IPs of proxy tools have been blocked IPBE right is required for normal editing. Thanks. Byte (talk) 09:59, 3 November 2020 (UTC)
